Penny Burke, is a founding partner of Future at Work and has worked in the field of marketing and advertising for all of her 25 years in the workforce spanning Melbourne, Sydney, and London.
Most recently she spent 12 years at Clemenger BBDO as Strategy Planning Director, overseeing strategic developments for major communications projects. She holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing), and has lectured and tutored at a range of Melbourne universities including RMIT, Monash and Swinburne.
Penny also sits on the board of Kennards Hire, Brainwave (a charity supporting children and families suffering acquired brain injuries) and is a full member of the Australian Social and Market Research Society. Her passion is to help clients unlock the power of their brand and deliver effective communication solutions.
Penny can also now add ‘author’ to her list of achievements having published her first book Forced Focus – the essence of attracting and retaining the best people, which explores how to create a workplace brand that truly encourages the best employees to commit.
