Future at Work is able to provide the full range of internal employee communication strategy and development services, from inception of the Employee Value Proposition through to the implementation of internal marketing collateral and web site design.
We place great emphasis on our employee research and strategy development processes, and our facilitators are fully qualified market researchers who are also full members of the Australian Social and Market Research Society. We conduct a large number of employee focus groups each year and are keenly aware of how to differentiate general employee commentary (both positive and negative) from findings and conclusions that need to be acted upon by employers.
We are also experts at gaining buy-in and ownership from senior executives and leadership teams who are generally the ones responsible for the behaviours and attitudes that set and maintain the workplace culture. We regularly facilitate workshops and strategy development sessions that focus on getting agreement and forward direction from disparate members of a team.
